Optimalna zidna opeka, ki zadovoljuje toplotne in zvočne lastnosti ter s pomočjo posebnega dizajna- poglobljenega maltnega žepka omogoča intezivno povezovanje med posameznimi opečnimi bloki. Zunanji zidovi so 25 cm, navzven z obloženim 20 cm EPS (sivim stiroporom) in zaključnim slojem v beli barvi. Notranji, nenosilni zidovi so 20 cm.

Pohodna nadstrešna konstrukcija je sestavni del ponudbe. Lesena konstrukcija in pohodni sloj iz macesna ali wpc (wood and plastic composite) desk. Ograja je lesena, prav tako iz macesna ali WPC materiala. Nadgradnje ali spremembe so predmet individualne postavke.

Pohodni nadstrešek je grajen individualno in ni vijačen v steno hiše (enote).

PZI spremembe so možne, niso pa vštete v ceno. V kolikor želite dopolnitve ali drugačne tlorisne spremembe je potreben dodaten posvet z našim arhitektom.
